How much does this cost?
Every engagement is quoted against a scope we agree before any work starts: fixed scope, fixed price, no open-ended retainers. The audit is free, and you'll leave it knowing what the work involves and what it's worth to you, whether or not you hire us.
How long until it's live?
Six weeks is typical. Two of those are usually your data rather than our code, which is why we look at the data first.
What if our data is a mess?
It is. Everyone's is. That's the first thing we fix, and it's why our chatbots answer correctly when off-the-shelf ones don't. A bot is only ever as good as the records behind it.
Do we need to replace our CRM?
Almost never. We integrate with what you already have. Replacing a working system is expensive and rarely the actual problem.
What happens when it breaks?
You have a named engineer and an agreed response time. Everything we build ships with monitoring and a rollback path, so a bad deploy is a five-minute problem rather than a lost day.
Who owns the code?
You do, assigned to you on final payment. We keep our own background tooling. It's written into the contract, and we'll send you the contract before you commit to anything.
Can you work with our internal IT team?
Yes, and projects go better when we do. They know your constraints, and we'd rather hand over to people who understand the system than build something nobody inside the business can maintain.
We're not in Lagos, Nairobi, Casablanca, Johannesburg or London. Can you still work with us?
Yes. Most delivery is remote, with on-site time where it matters, usually discovery and go-live.
